2005 Behrens Family Erna Schein Cabernet Sauvignon Spare Me

(includes 12% each merlot and cabernet franc) Good full ruby-red. Floral aromas of redcurrant, graphite and tobacco. Silky on entry, then supple and juicy in the middle, with attractive red berry and spice flavors. Finishes with rather soft, slightly dry tannins. This easy-drinking wine contains a good bit of fruit declassified from the winery's more expensive bottlings.
