2002 Archery Summit Pinot Noir Archery Summit Estate

Ruby-red color. Intensely floral, berry-toned nose suggests licorice, lavender and violet, with a whiff of asphalt. With air, suggestions of grilled meat emerge. A very extroverted wine, with flamboyant flavors of bitter, almost medicinal cherry, molasses, iodine and white pepper. Finishes long and persistent, with strong pepper and bitter cherry tones.
