Matured in two-thirds new French oak, Parallel's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon offers up scents of cedar, brown sugar and cassis. Full-bodied, plush and eager to please, this is appealingly velvety without being hugely concentrated or long. Just plain yummy and easy to drink, I'd suggest consuming it over the rest of this decade.

Lots of spice box, cassis, chocolate, and dried herbs define the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Parallel, a more medium-bodied, textured, delicious and balanced effort from this estate. Drink it over the coming 10-12 years.
Aromas of mulberries, dark plums, warm earth and roasted meat. Full-bodied with firm tannins. Chewy and powerful with a rich mid-palate and a punchy, firm finish. Try in 2023.
