2014 B Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Missouri Hopper Vineyard

I tasted three barrel samples from 2014 to get a line on what this vintage offers. The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard has incredibly juicy fruit and silky, smooth tannins to the point where you almost can’t find them. The wine has wonderful opulence, is totally front-end loaded, unctuously textured and a gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon. It bears repeating, even if it sounds redundant, the only sin of 2014 is having to follow 2013. Drink now-2030+.
