Note di degustazione
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Mount Veeder is beautiful, with a classic mountain fruit level of structure that's nicely buffered by solid depth of fruit and texture. Blue fruits, crushed stone, mountain scrub brush, graphite, and white flower notes all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, layered beauty. It shows the focused, inward style of the 2018 vintage, yet I love its balance, it has ripe tannins, a good sense of freshness, and a great finish. It's approachable today due to its purity and balance, yet will benefit from 2-4 years of bottle age and cruise for 15-20 years.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Mount Veeder is an attractive, mid-weight wine laced with expressive dark cherry, plum, spice, menthol and licorice. Give it a few years to soften, as the mountain tannins are a bit imposing at this stage.
A medium-bodied red with aromas of blackcurrant, bramble bush, red tea and black olive. Firm, sleek tannins frame layers of wild-berry and tea flavors. Delicious already. Drink or hold.
