Arkenstone's 2021 Estate Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon fermented and aged in a mix of new and older barrels, plus some concrete eggs. Bold scents of passion fruit, toasty oak, vanilla and a bit of fig burst from the glass, while the medium to full-bodied palate is creamy textured and plush, with invigorating notes of tangerine and lime zest emerging on the lingering finish.

The Sauvignon Blanc-dominated 2021 Estate Blanc (which includes 6% Semillon) sports a vivid yellow/gold hue to go with a beautiful, Bordeaux Blanc-like array of ripe lemon, honeyed orange, flower oil, and sappy, minty herb nuances. It's concentrated, has beautiful acidity, medium to full body, and a great finish. I'd put this up with the top examples of the variety in California.
