The 2019 Meia, a new Cabernet Franc-based blend from Gandona, is a total knock-out. Rich, ample, expressive and pliant the Meia possesses tremendous depth and intensity from start to finish. All the elements are so well balanced. It's a sensational wine. Red/purplish fruit, mocha, spice and espresso notes meld into the substantial, riveting finish.The 2019 is a bit tight, today, but it was only bottled two months ago.
