The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a wild, exotic wine. Inky dark fruit, chocolate, leather, spice, menthol and licorice are all kicked up several notches in an unctuous, flamboyant and ripe wine loaded with character. The dense, plush 2017 has a lot to offer, but it needs time to soften - though even now, its huge tannins are accompanied by more than enough fruit to provide balance.
