2014 Anthill Farms Pinot Noir Peters Vineyard

The 2014 Pinot Noir Peters Vineyard is an attractive Pinot that veers towards the lighter end of the spectrum. Crushed flowers, dried cherries, mint and anise are all nicely lifted in the glass. This is a very pretty Pinot but readers should expect a lighter style. Because of its chemical composition, Peters often yields a naturally cloudy Pinot, but winemaker Anthony Filiberti prefers to leave the wine untouched, which results in a quirky Pinot.
