Note di degustazione
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Cemetery is another expressive wine from Behrens that is peaking today. Macerated red cherry, cinnamon, new leather and incense show the gentle patina of age, the traits of a wine that has reached its apex. All of the raciness of this St. Helena site comes through in spades.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Cemetery is a terrific wine from this vintage. Possessing notes of crème de cassis cedary oak, licorice, graphite and Acacia flowers, it nicely concentrated, fresh and focused on the palate, with terrific purity of fruit. It has notable tannin and a straight, slightly restrained style that’s going to benefit from short-term cellaring. Give bottled 2-3 years and enjoy over the following 15+.
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Cemetery Napa Valley is deep purple-black in color with a nose of expressive crushed black cherries and blueberries with hints of mocha, aniseed, sage and tar plus a waft of chargrill. Full, soft, velvety and seductive in the mouth, it has a great core of fruit and a long, spicy finish.
