2019 Bedrock Sauvignon Blanc Staves of Waidhofen

The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Staves of Waidhofen is a tiny cuvée of five barrels fermented and aged in wood. That naturally brings out added texture and resonance, but there is still tons of varietal character. Lemon confit, spice, mint, melon and anise build in a creamy, resonant Sauvignon that hits all the right notes.
