From Spring Mountain, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has herbal red and black fruits as well as some iron and olive-like nuances that emerge with air. Medium to full-bodied, ripe, and nicely textured on the palate, it s a surprisingly upfront, round, charming mountain Cabernet Sauvignon that will keep for a decade.

Fantesca's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bit herbal on the nose, with hints of red bell pepper joining cassis, sage and bay leaf. That said, it's complex and harmonious, with ample weight and richness on the palate, concentrated fruit flavors and a long, streamlined and supple finish.
