The 2019 Pinot Noir Dierke is a bold, powerful wine. Earthy and floral accents open first. The 2019 offers good depth, but it is also a bit angular and lacks the purity of flavor found in the best years. There is no way to get around the wine's rustic feel. The Dierke was vinified with fully destemmed fruit.
