2019 Melka Metisse Martinez Vineyard

Composed of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Cabernet Franc, the 2019 Metisse Martinez is a barrel sample with a deep garnet-purple color. It comes barreling out of the glass with powerful notes of crème de cassis, plum preserves and black raspberries with hints of crushed rocks, tobacco leaf, charcoal and iron ore. The full-bodied palate is built like a brick house with a core of rich, ripe fruits and firm, velvety tannins, finishing long and harmonious.
