Both the 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Beau Tour and Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford reveal good, rich, sweet blackcurrant fruit, supple tannin, and medium body. The 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford exhibits a deeper ruby/purple color, a larger-framed personality, an expansive texture, fine ripeness, and a moderately long, medium-bodied finish. Cleanly made, with sweet fruit and ripe tannin, it should drink well for a decade. How good it is to see this renowned winery get its feet back on the ground. These are good values. Tel.
