Note di degustazione
The aromas of currants, graphite and blueberries with hints of cappuccino are enticing. Medium-bodied and medium tannins with polish and plushness at the same time that are ever so enticing.

All three of the Cabernet Sauvignon 2021s from Keplinger are absolute lights-out good. Starting with the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Ranch Vineyard, it has a deep purple hue as well as an incredible array of blackcurrants, iron, chocolate, and loamy earth, with just a kiss of background herbal and tobacco nuances. It's full-bodied, concentrated, and powerful, with building tannins and an incredible finish. It needs time.
A riveting wine, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon RBK is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc, both from Oakville Ranch. It possesses stunning depth, power and stature right out of the gate. Blueberry jam, chocolate, lavender, grilled herbs and crushed rocks all run through this potent, explosive Cabernet Sauvignon. The huge, saline finish is memorable. The 2021 has been nothing short of magnificent both times I have tasted it so far.
