The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon dazzles with old-school intensity and structure. Savory herb, graphite, lavender, smoke, mineral and dark fruit are all woven together in a vibrant, beautifully focused wine. This is the first vintage in which John Raytek skipped the whole clusters and made the Cabernet with fully destemmed fruit. After several years of experimenting, Raytek hit the bulls-eye with the 2014. This is a stunning wine by any measure.
