The 2014 Pinot Noir Two Brothers has a classic, cooler climate style in its peppery herbs, black cherry, forest floor and earthy bouquet. This gives way to a medium-bodied, juicy and lively Pinot Noir that’s impeccably balanced, has nicely integrated acidity and a clean finish. This classic, beautifully made Pinot Noir is reminiscent of Premier Cru from the Côte de Beaune. Drink it anytime over the coming decade.

Donelan's 2014 Pinot Noir Two Brothers is aromatic, lifted and gracious. Dried cherry, tobacco, dried herbs, spice and anise give the wine its perfumed, mid-weight structure. The 30% whole clusters add aromatic nuance without overpowering the wine. The style is light, airy and built on finesse. Vineyard sources are Steiner, DeVoto and Moveini. I would prefer to drink the 2014 sooner rather than later.
This vintage was produced with 30% whole cluster and aged in French barrels for 16 months, 30% new. Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2014 Pinot Noir Two Brothers is open for business with a gregarious nose of kirsch, raspberry preserves and baking spices plus a touch of roses. Medium to full-bodied and richly fruited in the mouth, it packs in the spicy red berry flavors with velvety tannins and just enough freshness to support, finishing long.
