Note di degustazione
All from hillside fruit, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot) is a beautiful, outstanding effort that offers lots of chocolate dark fruits, tobacco, asphalt, and gravelly earth-like aromas and flavors. With medium to full-bodied richness, plenty of mid-palate depth and concentration, and a great finish, it’s ideal for drinking any time over the coming 10-15 years.

A very pretty and tight red with currants and sweet tobacco, as well as cedar and lavender. Full-bodied, chewy and polished. Dense center palate. Shows focus and brightness. Cabernet sauvignon with a dash of petit verdot. Give this two or three years.
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate features gregarious crème de cassis, blueberry preserves and chocolate box notes with suggestions of black olives, tree bark and tobacco plus a hint of charcoal. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is tightly knit and expressive, with bags of black and blue fruits and firm, ripe, grainy tannins, finishing with lovely freshness and great length.
