Note di degustazione
Blended of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple in color and hits the dance floor with crushed blueberries, crème de cassis and chocolate-covered cherries notes followed by suggestions of yeast extract, smoked meats and fragrant soil plus a touch of camphor. Full-bodied, concentrated and with a solid frame of ripe, grainy tannins, it has a refreshing line lifting the densely packed fruit, finishing very long. 750 cases produced.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Entre Deux Meres is a super-appealing, mid-weight wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. Graphite, bittersweet chocolate, plum, black cherry, lavender and sage notes are all beautifully delineated. Beams of tannin and bright saline notes give the wine a super-distinctive personality built on energy and tension. The Entre Deux Meres captures the personality of the year to a T. The 2014 can be drunk upon release, but a few years in bottle will help the tannins soften.
