Note di degustazione
Medium ruby, the 2021 Pinot Noir Sonoma County is fresh and ripe with red plum, baking spice, and forested earth. Medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a soft texture, it has good richness of fruit, with baked cherry, graham cracker, and red flowers. It’s a great value with a lot of classic appeal and an approachable feel. Drink it over the next several years.

Matured in 38% new oak for 11 months, the 2021 Pinot Noir Sonoma County is loaded with alluring scents of raspberry, red cherry, orange peel, tea leaves and chaparral. The medium-bodied palate is chalky and energetic with pretty streaks of allspice accenting its generous fruit, and it has a long, flavorful finish. 1,548 cases were made.
