Note di degustazione
The 2021 Pinot Noir Bootlegger's Hill was matured for 14 months in 56% new French oak. It’s alluringly woodsy and musky on the nose, releasing scents of potpourri, underbrush, conifer, bergamot and wild berries. The medium-bodied palate is concentrated and floral with grainy tannins and vibrant freshness, and it has a long, spicy finish.

A ripe red hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Bootlegger's Hill was raised for 14 months in 56% new French oak, and offers classic Russian River Valley aromas of baked cherries, sassafras, cedar, and dried herbs. The palate is flush with stemmy spice and textured with chalky tannins, and it has a clean, spiced finish. It’s going to drink well over the next 6-8 years.
