Exclusive to Jeroboams in the UK. Barrel sample. Darkish cherry red. Smells of succulent, intoxicating dark-red fruit with a light overlay of oak spice and char, which is not intrusive at all though it is present. Savoury, dark, almost a little meaty on the palate. Fresh, a little chalky in texture. Satisfying and long. (JH)
