This wine reveals considerable rust and amber at the edge. It possesses an earthy nose with an absence of ripe fruit. The wine remains excruciatingly tannic as well as a bit dried out and desiccated, and without enough fruit, fat, or charm. It should be drunk up. Last tasted 8/96.
