The 2020 Romer du Hayot has a light nose that lacks the presence of its peers at first, but does unfurl with dried honey, yellow flowers and apricot scents. The palate is viscous on the entry and slightly low in acidity, offering nectarine, mango and quince toward the finish. Early-drinking Sauternes.
