2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras

The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard flows with the essence of mint, licorice, black cherries and flowers. It is a deep, muscular wine endowed with terrific richness and depth. Crushed rocks, graphite, minerals, smoke and tar are some of the many nuances that emerge on the dark, voluptuous finish. After tasting the Hobbs Pinots, it is impossible to miss the clear link between those wines and his Cabernets, especially when comparing those wines to the other Cabernets being made by other producers from the same sites.
