The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc l'Apres Midi is composed of 90% Sauvignon Blanc (one-third is Musque Clone) and 10% Semillon. It springs from the glass with lovely peach juice, lime cordial, gooseberries and fresh grapefruit notes with hints of honeycomb, bouquet garni, musk perfume and baker’s yeast. Medium-bodied, the palate has great intensity with a pleasant oiliness to the texture and a zippy line of freshness, finishing long and zesty. 2,939 cases were made.
