(88% cabernet sauvignon, 9% cab franc and 3% merlot) Good full ruby. Black raspberry, redcurrant, pepper and tar on the nose. Supple in texture, with a restrained sweetness to the flavors of currant, minerals, graphite and tobacco. Finishes with sweet, suave, nicely integrated tannins.

Bright, dark red. Musky aromas of plum, chocolate, nuts and cedary oak. Suave on entry, then broad and dry in the middle, with notes of plum and nuts. Finishes with substantial dusty, fine tannins. Conveys a warm-vintage character.
