2020 St Veran

The 2020 Saint-Véran comes from three locations in Davayé, Les Crays and Le Clos, plus some parcels in Chasselas at the top of the hill, each vinified separately and aged 100% in stainless steel. It has a lovely, well-defined bouquet with apple blossom and touch of Mirabelle, nicely focused. The palate is well balanced and displays impressive mineralité thanks to the parcels on limestone soils. There is just the right amount of bitterness on the finish that will keep you coming back for another sip. Very fine.
