Another killer 2021, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Cornelius Grove reveals a dense purple hue as well as a sensational nose of ripe black and blue fruits, new leather, flowery incense, crushed stone, and graphite. It's rich, full-bodied, has a dense, concentrated mid-palate, and a blockbuster of a finish.

A gorgeous intensity of graphite and grilled seaweed with blackcurrants, black cherries, peaches and pine. Complex, full-bodied and very structured with slightly chewy tannins, yet not overpowering. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Cornelius Grove is laced with vibrant red cherry/plum fruit, rose petal, spice, crushed rocks and white pepper. Nervy and brilliant, the 2021 possesses notable energy and tons of class. This shows more prominent acid and focused tannins that lend motion and explosive verticality.
