The Montevetrano 2023 Core Bianco is equal parts Greco and Fiano made in a straightforward white wine process with some contact on the fine lees. This wine offers an open-knit personality with gritty pear and poached apple. The wine does not escape the heaviness of the vintage, and it's best to drink now. Production is 7,300 bottles.
