2023 Nuits St Georges

The 2023 Nuits Saint-Georges Village is a debut release from a new acquisition of 0.25 hectares in the lieu-dit of Les Athets. It has a crisp bouquet with black cherries and blood orange. Perhaps, like the Morey Village, it just needs a little more amplitude. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly powdery tannins and more black than red fruit. It is quite lively on the finish but needs more on the aftertaste.
