Ahh, this is one of those wines you want while contemplating the sunset after a day on the beach and in the sun. Serve it extra chilled for maximum effect. The 2017 Alto Adige Sauvignon is a simple and streamlined wine with beautiful aromatic intensity. You get passion fruit, pear and almond blossom. This is a snappy and zesty white wine that is pure and transparent in character. Some 140,000 bottles were made.
