Note di degustazione
The 2002 Brut Millésime Grand Blanc emerges from the glass with a super-ripe, almost tropical expression of fruit. The wine gains focus and clarity with air, revealing notable elegance and tons of class. This exuberant Champagne offers outstanding length on the palate in a large-scaled style, with a creamy, enveloping finish. Disgorged March, 2009

(disgorged March, 2008) Light yellow-gold with a lively mousse. Lively, sharply focused nose displays scents of Meyer lemon, lime, pear, Thai basil and smoky lees. Firm and tangy on entry but gains flesh and sweetness in the middle palate, offering incisive citrus and orchard fruit flavors and softer notes of sweet butter and toasted bread. Picks up a hint of marzipan on the long, sappy, gently spicy finish. This Champagne is balanced to age.
