2019 Saint Veran Bois de Fee

The 2019 Saint-Véran Bois de Fée comes from a 0.58-hectare parcel (Thibert was the first to bottle this climat separately from 2009). It has a well-defined bouquet with more mineralité compared to the Champ Rond, focused and sophisticated for a Saint-Véran. The palate is well-balanced, with a hint of menthol on the entry. The 2019 is vibrant and concentrated, with a long tail on the finish. Excellent.
