2023 Nuits St Georges Les Damodes

The 2023 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Damodes 1er Cru is another cuvée that shows a little reduction. This has an elegant bouquet of wild strawberry and raspberry that lends it a Vosne-like allure, becoming more floral as it opens in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with finely spun tannins and exquisite balance, culminating in a bright and poised finish. This may well surpass the Les Suchots this year. Outstanding.
