2023 Bourgogne Aligote

The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté comes from the last remaining parcel owned by the name—many of the overproductive parcels were sold off. It has a lovely bouquet with pithy white fruit and linen scents, which gain intensity with aeration. The palate is well balanced with clean, crisp, tropical-tinged fruit. Touches of pineapple and nectarine emerge on the nicely detailed and poised finish. This is recommended.
