40% whole bunch because this is a single parcel and there was space in the tank. Cask sample. Mid crimson. Rich but fresh dark-red fruit. Delicate aromatic floral note. The whole bunch has given this a drier texture, maybe a little too much in youth but perhaps a good thing for the longer term. Pretty dry at the moment. (JH)
