2023 Chambolle Musigny Les Borniques

The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Les Borniques 1er Cru was raised in one- and two-year-old barrels. A mixture of red and black fruit on the nose, it is a little earthier than Les Cras without the same degree of precision. The palate is fresh, crisp and medium-bodied with fine tannins. It's not the most complex Chambolle, yet there is plenty of energy here. Give this two or three years once bottled.
