The 2023 Nuits Saint-Georges Aux Boudots 1er Cru has a fragrant bouquet with violet-infused red fruit, touches of blue fruit and cassis. The palate is medium-bodied with a sweet, slightly candied opening. Fleshy, with low acidity, it feels cloying toward the finish at the moment. This is one cuvée that I think was picked a little late.
