The 2023 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge offers crushed strawberry and red plum scents on the nose that needs just a little more delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with nicely integrated 15% new oak lending a silky texture toward the finish. It's easy-drinking in the positive sense of that word.
