The 2025 Vosne-Romanée Malconsorts ler Cru is a maiden release from purchased fruit, hence it is under the négociant label. It has a fragrant nose with darker fruit tones than the Gevrey, with touches of bay leaf and black tea. The palate is medium-bodied, fleshy and silky smooth with pliant tannins and a sensual, lightly spiced finish. This is very charming.
