2015 Macon-Aze

The 2015 Macon Aze, which is matured for between 9-12 months in stainless steel, has a very classy bouquet with superb mineralité and tension, real energy tangible on the aromatics alone. The palate is crisp and tensile on the entry, very focused and poised with a citrus peel and orange rind finish that lingers long in the mouth. This is an excellent Mâcon-Azé.
