Cask sample. Really sweet and juicy start, but still that bitterness as on the Signature Mathias Parent . Is this due to how they have treated the samples? Not fun at all. (JR)

A fine even ruby purple, with a beautiful and classically Chambolle aroma, with the extra richness of the vintage which shows more at the back of the mouth. Cherry tart flavours, with just a little heat, but this shows promise.

Domaine A.-F. Gros
Descended from the Gros family of Vosne-Romanée, Anne-Françoise Gros established her own domaine in 1988. Today her children, Caroline and Mathias Parent, run the estate, which has some impressive holdings, focused in and around Vosne-Romanée.
