Most of the fruit for this wine (80%) comes from Remoissnet’s own vineyards. The 2023 is packed with vibrant cherry fruit – juicy and pure. With air, a floral note emerges – the scent of violets lifting from the glass. The palate delivers more juicy, red fruit, with a chalky framework of tannins – fine but firm. The finish is long, earthy and mineral.
