2015 Ribera del Duero Verdejo

Bright straw. Dried pear and lemon pith on the nose, backed by a hint of quinine. Fleshy and broad on the palate, offering bitter pear skin and anise flavors and a touch of lemon zest. The anise note returns on the finish, which shows good clarity and persistence.
