Note di degustazione
The 2015 La Tour de Bessan is an attractive, mid-weight wine with plenty of near to medium-term potential. Bright stone fruit and floral notes give this pliant, easygoing Margaux much of its considerable appeal. I would prefer to drink it over the next few years.

The 2015 La Tour de Bessan is fleshy, open-knit and quite pretty. Bright red stone fruit, cherry pit, white pepper and dried flowers are knit together nicely in this feminine, mid-weight Margaux. Tasted two times.
The 2015 Château La Tour de Bessan has a straightforward, blackberry and bilberry scented bouquet that takes time to settle in the glass, but it does coalesce nicely and the oak is neatly integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannin, plenty of blackberry and boysenberry notes infused with cedar and graphite, leading to a precise finish.
Juicy, fragrant and blackcurrant. Fragrant cedar oak giving good if rather obvious complexity. Richly fruited finish, almost Douro-esque. (RH)
