2019 Macon-Aze

The 2019 Mâcon-Azé offers dried peach, mango and lime scents on the nose, a little simple but pure. The palate is rounded in the mouth, waxy-textured with a dab of spice. Fine cohesion with veins of ginger towards the finish, this is actually a promising Mâcon that you could broach now, but should age nicely in bottle. Tasted blind at the BIVB Mâconnais tasting.
