Note di degustazione
Bright, light yellow. Yellow peach, mint, fresh herbs and a whiff of oak spice on the nose. A fat, round, spicy style with enticing sweetness to its nicely concentrated yellow peach flavor. Lovely fruit here, and good weight for village wine--hardly surprising given this vineyard's location just below Bienvenues-Batard and Batard. Shows good subtle saline depth and length, but finishes a touch edgy.

0.5 ha next to Coche, just under Bâtard. Hard-to-work soil, almost like concrete. Tête d’Aigilles was affected by millerandage. Very solid nose with lots to chew on. Great line and super-clean and chiselled but with great fruit. Long. GV ? (JR)
(these very old vines produced tiny grapes and just 25 hectoliters per hectare in 2014): Pale, bright yellow. Ripe but reticent aromas of yellow fruits. Fat, rich and rather powerful, with white peach, pear and herb flavors showing a slight heaviness. Seems a bit low in acidity but finishes with good length.
