2021 Nuits St Georges Aux Murgers

The 2021 Nuits Saint-Georges Aux Murgers 1er Cru, a vineyard heavily struck by frost with about one-third of a normal crop, is tightly-wound on the nose, a mélange of red and black fruit, hints of pressed violet borrowed from Vosne. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, fine tension, cohesive with a pliant, slightly candied, delicate finish. Even more promising!
